Our MyBlue App offers Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts members a simple and secure solution for managing their healthcare needs.

The app provides a convenient way to access your plan information whenever you need it. It ensures a secure connection to your health plan details with just a tap of your finger. Easily access your claims history, recent prescriptions, and financial account balances.

In order to use the app, you will need to register using the member ID located on your member ID card.

• Access to claims activity and details
• Doctor information and visit history
• Medication information and refill dates
• Search functionality to find doctors, dentists, and hospitals
• Secure and HIPAA compliant access to video doctor visits through Well Connection for medical and mental health care*
• Connection with member service or our nurse care line
• Information for dependents under 18
• Phone numbers and driving directions to hospitals, pharmacies, and doctor offices
• Access to financial account balances such as Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement (HRA), or Health Spending Account (HSA)

• A secure message center and in-app notifications
• The ability to submit fitness and weight loss claims online
